【Abstract】 This paper makes an exposition of the main approaches and key technologies for concurrent engineering. In light of the specific background, an architecture of concurrent engineering based on a Product Data Management (PDM) system is introduced. The paper focuses on discussing, in PDM environment, how to implement the organization and cooperation of Integrated Product Team (IPT), management and sharing of product data in a distributed computing environment, management and coordination of design process, and other key technologies in concurrent engineering.更多还原
