【Abstract】 In this paper, on the basis of the emipirical relation between cutting force and chip load, a basic cutting force prediction model is developed through differential method for ball end mill, Also, the effect on undeformed radius chip thickness of the radius runout is studied and the rigid cutting force prediction model is proposed .
