【Abstract】 The phycocyanins (C pc) of spirulina was extracted efficiently by the treatment with 0.3mmol/L linear alkyl benzene sulfonate, resulting in 98% recovery of C pc. Then,the raw protein was chromatographed on celite 545 column by ammonium sulfate gradient elution, further purified by DEAE cellulose. The C pc with a purity of 4.1 (A 619 /A 280 ) possessed absorption maximum at 619nm and a room fluorescence at 643nm.更多还原
