【摘要】 本文对我院运用三级监控系统控制病案质量的做法进行初步探讨,此系统对病案质量实行前馈、现场、反馈三级封闭式的监控,通过对病案及病案首页,病程记录等项目的质量进行比较,监控前后差异有非常显著意义（P<0.O1）。实践证明,对病案质量进行全面质量监控是提高病案质量的一个有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 We have studied preliminarily the practice of using the three-grade-system to monitoring the quality of (he medical records of our hospital. The system monitored the quality of records with the closed grades of feedforward, field investigation and feedback. After comparing the quality of the initial page, pathography etc of medical records before and after monitoring , we found the dif-ferencies were significant (P<0. 01).
