滚筒输送机及模型试验装置的设计与试验研究
Design and Testing Research for Roller Conveyance′s Mechanism
【摘要】 根据二滩水电站木材过坝机械试验研究项目的子课题——滚筒输送机及模型试验装置设计、试验研究任务,对各段滚筒输送机的滚筒结构与刺体及驱动装置进行了研究和先期试验,对利用滚筒机进行喂木、出水、上坡等运动特性做了理论分析和试验研究.在此基础上,按原型机的1∶5缩尺设计、制造了整机模型试验装置,做了大量的过木试验,并在试验研究中修改完善过木设施方案,为原型机总体布置方案与滚筒输送机系统设计提供了依据.
【Abstract】 This paper discussed the design and testing research for roller conveyance′s mechanism which will be used in Er Tan water power station, si chuan province. The testing methods of roller, stings and driving mechanism were proposed. The analysis of theories for kinetic of feeding log, getting ont of water and upward slope were also proposed. Base on the analysis, a model in the ratio of 1∶5 was made and the tests of crossing log were made. The plan of crossing log′s mechanism was modified. This test offered a base for making general plan and the design of roller conveyance.
