拉丝机错位选触控制系统的最佳化计算
The Optimized Calculations of the Displacement Trigger SelectionControl System for Wire Drawing Machine
【摘要】 错位选触无环流控制系统在直线式拉丝机上的应用是从引进德国KOCH公司的设备中经过吸收消化研制的。它满足了对工字轮收线机的起动及快速停车的要求。通过对SCR错位选触无环流控制系统在拉丝机工字轮收线机上应用的静、动态结构的最佳化计算,验证了理论和实际中的数据参数值的合理性。
【Abstract】 It is developed after study of the equipment imported from KOCH Company in Germany to use the displacement trigger selection control system in straightline drawing machine,which meets the requirements on start and quick stop of the spoolerThrough the optimized calculations on the static and dynamic structures of SCR displacement trigger selection control system under the circumstances of no current circulation used in the spooler of wire drawing machine,it proves that the parameters both in theory and reality are reasonable
