高速凸轮轮廓的优化设计
Optimal Design of High speed Cam Profile
【摘要】 介绍了一种利用优化思想进行高速凸轮轮廓设计的新方法。对于从动件运动规律有特殊要求的凸轮轮廓设计用多段高次多项式运动规律进行最优拟合,在保证满足凸轮从动件的特殊运动规律要求下,兼顾凸轮动力学性能要求,实现了凸轮运动学和动力学性能的全面优化。一个纺织凸轮轮廓设计实例详细说明了该优化设计方法。
【Abstract】 A new method for the design of high speed cam profile is advanced which uses several segments of high order polynomial curve to optimistically fit the profile of the cam whose follower has special motion requirement.Furthermore the dynamic performance of the cam mechanism is also taken account to when the special motion requirement of the cam follower is ensured to be satisfied.The comprehensive optimization of the kinetic and dynamic performance of the cam mechanism is achieved.The profile design of an applied spinning cam is employed to illustrate the concrete design process.
