【摘要】 采用倒扭摆内耗测试仪研究了Si对Fe-Cr-Al减振合金阻尼性能的影响结果表明:在Fe—Cr—Al中添加少量Si(质量分数约为1%)或以Si代替Al并经1273K及以下温度退火后,合金的阻尼性能(对数衰减率)优于Fe—Cr—Al,但经1273K以上温度退火后,阻尼性能不及Fe—Cr—Al;以少量Si代替Fe—Cr—Al中少量Al并经1373K以上温度退火空冷后,合金的阻尼性能比Fe—Cr—Al提高近70%,其机制仍是由磁畴壁的不可逆移动引起的磁机械滞后所决定.

【Abstract】 The effect of silicon on the damping capacity of Fe-Cr-Al alloy has beeninvestigated with the inverted torsion pendulum teclmiques. The results indicate that, smallamount silicon (app. 1% mass fraction) addition to Fe-Cr-Al or substitution of silicon foraluminum in Fe-Cr-Al alloy can make the damping capacity of the alloys higher than that ofFe-Cr-Al alloy when annealed below 1273 K; substituting silicon for small amount aluminum inFe-Cr-Al, the damping capacity of the alloy is much higher than that of Fe-Cr-Al alloy whenannealed above 1373 K followed by air cooling. The curves of logajrithmic decrement versus strainamplitude reveal the damping of the alloys resulting mainly from magonetomechanical hystereses.
