用质谱法分析六氟化铀中的烃和卤代烃

【摘要】 了测定六氟化铀中烃和卤代烃的含量,首先要对进样系统和质谱计的离子源进行充分的钝化。样品必须全部汽化后方可通入质谱计,否则分馏效应将严重歪曲测量结果。用接近于待测样品中所含的卤代烃的杂质样品与纯净六氟化铀可配置出已知卤代烃含量的“杂质标样”。用它可以测出其特征质量峰的灵敏系数,这样就能定量测定待测样品中烃和卤代烃的总摩尔含量,可靠地鉴定它是否低于001%。对美国公布的《测定六氟化铀中烃、含氯烃和部分取代卤代烃》标准方法进行补充与完善。

【Abstract】 In order to determine the content of hydrocarbons and halohydrocarbons in uranium hexafluoride,the first step is to passivate the inlet system and ion source of mass-spectrometer.The sample can be admitted to the ion source only after it is completely vaporized, otherwise,the result of masurement will be severly distorted by fractional distillation. The “impurity standard” of the known content of halohydrocarbons can be made up by mixing pure uranium hexafluoride and inpurity sample of halohydrocarbons,whose composition is similar to that of halohydrocarbons in the unknown sample.The “impurity standard” can be used to determine the sensitive coefficient of the specific mass peak,then the total mole content of hydrocarbons and halohydrocarbons in the unknown sample can be determined,and reliably certified if it is less than 001%.This paper improves and extends the standard method 《Determination of Hydrocarbons,Chlorocarbons,and Partially Substituted Halohydrocarbons in Uranium Hexafluoride》 published in America.
