贝氏体组织与贝氏体钢
Bainitic Microstructure and Mn B Bainitic Steels
【摘要】 本文叙述了Mn-B系贝氏体钢在我国的最新发展、应用状况及发展前景,与Mo-B系对比,表明Mn-B系贝氏体钢的技术和效益的优越性,阐述了贝氏体显微组织、形貌、精细结构以及超精细结构的新发展及其对贝氏体钢断裂过程的影响,在理论上部分地解释了贝氏体钢的优越性能,并提出了新的成分设计的思路。
【Abstract】 The recent development and application of Mn B bainitic steels in China are presented in this paper.The superiority of Mn B bainitic steels was exhibited in a comparison with Mo B steels.The new discoveries of morphology,microstructure,fine structure and ultra fine structure and their effect on the fracture process of steels are proposed.The reason why Mn B bainitic steels possess high properties and the principle for composition design are partly provided.
