高硬度贝氏体耐磨离心铸管研究

【摘要】 对连续冷却条件下的贝氏体离心铸管实物进行了组织、性能及微区成分的分析研究。贝氏体离心铸管具有高的整体硬度,φ180mm×12mm×5000mm的铸管硬度为44~47HRC,ak≥8J/cm2。其金相组织以贝氏体为主,并复合有回火马氏体及少量残留奥氏体。同时发现,若在铸造后连续冷却的基础上,重新加热得到的BM组织具有更高的冲击韧度,ak≥15J/cm2(8mm×8mm×55mm无缺口试样)。该贝氏体离心铸管的耐磨性是16Mn钢无缝管材的5倍,现场使用寿命较16Mn钢提高2倍。

【Abstract】 A new kinds of bainitic steels for centrifugal casting pipe is developed Opitical microscopy reveals that it is mainly composed of lower bainite,with tempered martensite and small quantity of residual austenite The properties of centrifugal casting pipe with the size of φ180mm×12mm×5000mm are as follows:44~47HRC,a k≥8J/cm 2 By continuous cooling and then reheating,it possesses even higher compact toughness,a k≥15J/cm 2(specimen of 8mm×8mm×55mm without notch) The wear resistance of bainitic centrifugal casting pipe is 5 times as much as that made of 16Mn steel,and its in situ service life raise 2 times compared with 16Mn steel
