热浸镀铝钢合金层硬度
Alloy Layer Hardness of Hot Dip Aluminized Steel
【摘要】 通过高温氧化试验研究了热浸镀铝钢合金层硬度的变化规律,借助电子探针和X-射线衍射仪对合金层的成分、形貌和氧化产物进行了分析。结果表明,合金层是由铝原子浓度不相同的3层组成,硅在合金层中形成Fe3Si相,可以控制铝原子的热扩散,从而减缓了合金层硬度的降低速度。
【Abstract】 The principle of alloy layer hardness of hot dip aluminized steels have studied with high temperature oxidation test.Composition and structure of alloyed layer and oxide of surface have analyzed by means of electron microscope and X ray diffractometer The results show that alloyed layer consists of three layers,because of concentration gradient of aluminum Fe 3Si phase formed in alloy diffusion layer,it can control the heat diffusivity of the Al atoms,so reduction velocity of alloyed layer hardness will be retarded
