激光重熔氧化锆陶瓷涂层的相变过程
Phase Transformation Process of Ceramic Coating ZrO 2 Remelted by Laser
【摘要】 钛合金表面等离子喷涂氧化锆涂层激光重熔后,得到重熔区、过渡区和热影响区。本文采用SEM、TEM和X射线衍射对激光重熔前后各区的相变过程进行了研究。结果表明喷涂涂层激光重熔后,重熔区C-ZrO2失稳得到T-ZrO2,但无大量的M-ZrO2出现。过渡区由熔池底部的α-Ti和其前沿的粒状ZrO2组成。粒状组织内由T-ZrO2、M-ZrO2和C-ZrO2三相组成。
【Abstract】 Coating of ZrO 2 that was sprayed onto titanium alloy surface by plasma was remelted by laser,laser remelted layer is composed by remelting zone and transiting zone and heat influence zone In this paper,phase transformation process of each zone was studied by SEM and TEM and X ray diffraction.The paper points out:after coating of ZrO 2 was remelted by laser,within remelting zone C ZrO 2 is changed to T ZrO 2,but a large amount of M ZrO 2 does not occur The transiting zone is composedy by α Ti at the bottom of molten pool and granular ZrO 2 at the front The granular structure consists of T ZrO 2,M ZrO 2 and C ZrO 2 three phase
