激光熔覆Cu基复合涂层工艺与组织特征研究

【摘要】 利用2kW的CO2气体激光器在45钢上熔覆Cu+Cr2O3粉末,获得了良好的的熔覆层。SEM观察发现,熔覆层组织中出现分层现象,由黑白两层交替组成。成分分析结果表明,黑层组织是富Fe相,而白层组织是富Cu相。以上双层组织形成过程与激光熔覆时溶池中的流动密切相关。

【Abstract】 Composite coatings have been successfully produced with preplaced Cu and Cr 2O 3 mixpowder on 45 steel substrates irradiated by a 2 kW CO 2 laser The clad is found to be composed of alternating dark and bright layers during microstructural observation with SEM Chemical compostion analysis results show that the dark layer is Fe rich phase and the bright layer is Cu rich phase The formation of alternating dark and bright layers is related to the fluid flow in the laser generated molten pool
