热处理和金相组织对抗H2S应力腐蚀的钻材、输油气管用钢性能的影响
Influence of Heat Treatment and Microstructure on Property of H2S Stress Corrosion Resistance of Drilling Matter and OilGas Transporting Pipe Steels
【摘要】 抗H2S应力腐蚀pu-1系列新钢种,通过完全淬火+高温回火调质热处理,获得高温回火索氏体显微组织,具有最佳的抗H2S应力腐蚀性能。
【Abstract】 A new developed pu1 series of H2S stress corrosion resistance steels through bulk heat treatment of quenching and high temperature tempering may obtain microstructure of tempering sorbite and therefor the best property of H2S stress corrosion resistance.
