内外因素对水稻抛秧立苗的影响

【摘要】 以武育粳3号为材料,对平摆秧苗进行各种环境处理,观察立苗过程。用树脂切片法观察秧苗弯曲部位细胞结构。结果表明:①叶龄越小立苗速度越快;②苗质对立苗过程影响不大,但对发根和立苗后生长有显著影响;③光对立苗无影响;④在一定范围内(12~35℃)温度越高立苗越快,但持续高温(>35℃)则抑制立苗;⑤高湿高氧环境有利于立苗;⑥适宜的Ca2+浓度可促进立苗;⑦立苗主要是秧苗基部下侧具有伸长功能的细胞生长快于上侧所致。

【Abstract】 Various enviornmental treatments were carried out to the horizontal seedling. The cell structure of the curvature area was observed by emplying resin slicing approach. The results are as follows: ① The smaller is the leaf age, the shorter is the span of bending up. ② The bending up was not related to the quality of seedlings, but the growth of root and seedling was affected obviously by the quality of seedling. ③ Light has no effect on bending up process. ④ At certain range of temperature(12~35 ℃), higher temperature could stimulate bending up, but longer duration of high temperature (>35℃) could inhibit bendig up. ⑤ High humidity and suffient O 2 were benefical to the bending up process. ⑥ The horizontal seedlings could bend up well at appropriate concentration of Ca 2+ . ⑦ In the curvature zone of the horizontal seedling, actively elongating cells of the lower side grow faster than those of the upper side, which leads to an asymmetric growth.
