促卵泡素(FSH)对山羊卵巢卵泡群生长发育的影响

【摘要】 试验研究了促卵泡素对山羊卵巢卵泡群生长发育的影响。6只母羊在发情周期的13~16d用激素处理,处理前摘取左卵巢,处理后3d摘取右卵巢,组织切片,检测卵泡数。结果显示:当卵母细胞由2层卵泡细胞包围时,开始形成透明带;当达5层以上时,开始形成腔隙。超排和未超排(对照)卵巢上小卵泡数差异不显著(P>0.05),分别为3721±112个和3685±156个;而带有5层以上卵泡细胞的卵泡数差异显著(P<0.05),分别为140±20.3个和110.0±9.1个;卵泡腔形成后的卵泡数差异非常显著(P<0.01),分别为75.0±20.2个和32.0±10.1个。带有1~2层卵泡细胞时期的卵泡直径大约31.6±1.7μm,带有3~4层卵泡细胞的卵泡直径大约为52.3±5.0μm,带有5层以上卵泡细胞的卵泡直径为151.2±72.1μm,卵泡腔形成后的卵泡直径为0.4~3mm。

【Abstract】 The present study was undertaken to check whether FSH would be effect on ovarian follicular population development during the late luteal and follicular phases. 6 females goat were left ovariectomized at oestrus day 13 before FSH inject. Right ovariectiomize at day 3 after FSH inject. Each right ovary and 8 left ovaries were sectioned at 5 μm and microscopically. The results showed: zona pellucida begin arise, while follicules with 2 or more layers of granulosa cells. Atretic follicular appear, while follicules with 5 layers of granulosa cells. The number of small follicules is no signification difference ( P >0 05) between superovulation and unsuperovulation (3721±112 and 3685±156 respectively). But there is signification ( P<0 05 ) difference the number of follicules with 5 layers of granulosa cells (140±20 3 and 110 0±9 1 respectively). The number of atretic follicules is very signification difference ( P <0 01) 75 0±20 2 and 32 0±10 1 respectively. The diameter of the follicules with 2 or less layers of granulosa cells, with 3 ̄4 layers of granulosa cells, with 5 or more layers of granulosa cells, and atretic folliculer is 31 6±1 7 μm, 52 3±5 0 μm, 151 2±72 1 μm and 0 4 ̄3 mm respectively.
