轴流泵水力模型CAD/CAM
CAD/CAM OF THE HYDRAULIC MODEL FOR AXIAL FLOW PUMP
【摘要】 以FORTRAN语言和AutoCAD图形软件作为CAD系统的支撑环境,叶轮优化设计采用简化三元流动模型,环量沿径向分布可任意控制,优化参数可根据需要选取,叶片造型采用平面叶栅法。模型试验表明,设计点准确、设计质量高。并且在国内首次利用数控加工中心实现了泵转轮叶片CAM。
