【Abstract】 The steps of computer network planning was analyzed in this paper. It is pointed out that the essence of computer network planning is a procedure of intelligent decision support. A practicable framework is deduced to aid computer network planning on the base of traditional structure of IDSS. The crux of realizing the system is consistence and integration of information.
