【Abstract】 The authors put forward the Generalized Logic on uncertainty reasoning in 1996, gavethe zero-class form (N(x)=1-x) of negation operation. This paper discusses its first-class form,including the "class" of uncertainty, phonomena and axiom of first-class generalized negation, andthe definition, main properties and model constructing methods of first-class generalized negationoperation N(x,k).
