表面组装技术的焊点虚拟成型和产品虚拟组装技术的研究
RESEARCH OF SMT SOLDER JOINT VIRTUAL EVOLVING AND SMT PRODUCT VIRTUAL MOUNT TECHNOLOGY
【摘要】 表面组装技术(SMT)产品焊点质量与焊点形态有关,通过对焊点形态的预测和控制,可以达到控制焊点质量的目的。本文将这一理论与计算机仿真和虚拟制造技术相结合,提出SMT焊点虚拟成型和SMT产品虚拟组装新概念、新思想、新方法,并对其进行论证。
【Abstract】 The shape of solder joint is related to the quality of a SMT product. Solder Joint quality can be controlled through predicting and controlling of the solder joint shape. Combined the above theory with computer simulation and virtual manufacturing technology, new conceps and methods of SMT solder joint virtual evolving and SMT product virtual mounting are presented and demonstrated.
