支持CAD/CAAP集成的产品数据模型
A PRODUCT DATA MODEL FOR CAD/CAAP INTEGRATION
【摘要】 随着计算机集成制造(CIM)技术研究和应用的逐步深入,那些仅描述单个零件信息的数据模型已不能适应CIM技术发展的要求。本文针对当前CAD系统的不足,应用EXPRESS-G方法,建立了基于产品层次的产品数据模型;采用产品功能与产品定义相结合的技术,明确定义了产品层次关系及零部件间的几何与非几何关系(位置关系和装配关系),并提出设计意图及技术要求的显式表达机制,为解决CIMS中的难点———计算机辅助设计/计算机辅助装配工艺规划(CAD/CAAP)的系统集成提供了一条可行的解决途径。这个产品数据模型也有力地支持了产品概念设计和并行工程(CE)中不同抽象层次的产品设计数据的表达。
【Abstract】 The product data model which only represents the information of a single component can not satisfy the requirement of CIM while the research and application of CIM technology becomes more extensive and deeply. To overcome the drawbacks in current CAD systems, this paper implements the method of EXPRESSG to create a product data model based on the product hierachical structure. The model, which combines the product function representation and product definition, defines the product hierarchical relation, the geometric and nonegeometric relation among components and assemblies (geometric position relation and assembly relation ). It also includes a mechanism to explicitly represent the design intent and technical requirements. Therefore, it provides a feasible way to integrate Computer Aided Design (CAD) system and Computer Aided Assembly Process Planning (CAAP) system, and also provides a strengthful support to product concept design and the representation of product data in different design abstraction level in Concurrent Engineering (CE).
