【摘要】 针对宁夏扶贫扬黄（红寺堡）灌区的自然地理与社会经济特点，提出了灌区节水灌溉的总体思路、目标、模式和规模，通过同一规模不同典型灌溉设计方案的经济评价，给出了典型灌溉设计方案的排序及适应性分析结果，通过不同典型灌溉设计方案的正交组合方案模拟及极差分析，得到了优化组合方案，其结果对节水灌溉具有指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 An overall plot, an objective, a modus, and scale of the WSI area are putforward in view of the natural,geographical and socioeconomic features (Pumping from Yellow River) of Hongsipu Irrigation Area in Ningxia Autonomous,which is the poverty-stricken region and is to be added to shake off poverty.
