超磁致伸缩材料的冶炼铸造工艺研究
Melting and Casting Technologies of Giant Magnetostrictive Materials
【摘要】 用作者研制的电弧冶炼铸造设备进行了超磁致伸缩材料的冶炼铸造工艺研究。经过大量熔铸试验说明该设备较简单,冶炼铸造工艺合理,时间短,成本低,能制备6~15,长10~110mm的多晶合金棒。合金回收率可达8957%~9662%,稀土元素烧损率可控制在455%~1233%范围内。
【Abstract】 The melting and casting technologies for producing giant magnetostrictive materials have been studied using the arc melting-casting furnace developed by the authors. The polycrystal alloy rods with the size of 6~15mm in diameter and 10~100mm in length are produced. A number of experiment inducate that the equipment is simple, the technologies are suitable, time is short and the cost is low. The alloy yield can be reached to 89 57%~96 62% and the rare earth lost can be controlled within the range of 4 55%~12 33%。
