机械合金化Sm-Fe-B粉末的结构和磁致伸缩
Magnetostriction and Structure of MechanicallyAlloyed SmFeB
【摘要】 通过机械合金化方法对不同成分配比的Sm-Fe-B混合粉末经40h球磨制备合金。利用X射线衍射,法拉第磁天平和YJ-25型静态应变仪研究了Sm-Fe-B合金的结构、磁化强度及磁致伸缩。结果表明:随B含量的增加,合金中的非晶或微晶组分增多,比磁化强度σ下降,而磁致伸缩|λ∥-λ⊥|值增加。其中Sm35Fe56B9成分的混合粉末经40h研磨后在930kA/m磁化场下室温扩λ∥-λ⊥=-510×10-6。
【Abstract】 Different atomic ratio of SmFeB mixed powder was mechanically milled at room temperature for 40hThe structure,magnetization and magnetostriction of SmFeB alloys have been studied by using the Xray diffraction,Faraday magnetic balance and YJ25 type static strain meterIt was found that amorphous or microcrystal component of SmFeB mixed powder increases,while specific magnetization(σ) decreases, with the increase content of boron. The magnetostriction of mechanically alloyed Sm35Fe56B9 reaches λ∥-λ⊥=-510×10-6 at 930kA/m.
