液压集成块实体造型的研究与应用
Research on Solid Modeling of Hydraulic Manifold Block
【摘要】 液压集成功的人工设计和校验繁琐且容易出错,通过采用实体造型技术建立集成块的虚拟模型,进行仿真,使设计人员可以事先直观地看到所设计的块体的外形及内部孔道连通状况,并叮通过数字预装配进行干涉检查。对建模中采用的CSG数据结构进行了改进,提出了一种新的、更为高效的改良二叉树结构。
【Abstract】 The design and checking of Hydraulic Manifold Block are complex and tedious and easy to make mistakes. Inthis paper, the author used the method of solid modeling to emulate the bolck so lhat the designer can see the result ofdesign directly and thus reduce the amount of design work. According to the structural features of hydraulic manifoldblock, a new type of CSG data structure is presented in the paper. Compared with traditional quinary Binary structure.the new structure is much more efficient.
