QFe2.5型引线框架用铜合金热处理工艺研究
Study of Heat Treatment of QFe2.5 Copper Alloy for Lead Frame
【摘要】 研究了国产QFe2 5型引线框架用铜合金的生产工艺。通过热轧后对板材进行喷水处理和采取分级时效 ,显著提高了QFe2 5型合金的性能 ;利用光学显微镜、SEM和TEM等手段研究了热处理工艺对合金微观组织的影响 ,并讨论了材料性能提高的原因
【Abstract】 The industrial process of QFe2\^5 copper alloy for lead frame made in China was investigated. By in\|situ water cooling after hot\|rolling and two\|step ageing,the properties of QFe2\^5 alloy were improved significantly.The effects of heat treatment on microstructures of alloy were analyzed by optical microscope,SEM and TEM.Factors that affect the properties of material were discussed.
