【Abstract】 This paper presents a flexible automatic production line for the production of large scale automobile cap pieces, which is composed of 6 presses, 12 feeding and unloading manipulators, 1 turning transmission device, 4 shuttle transmission devices and 1 magnetic decker. Main performance index of the production line, structure drawings of the manipulators, and block diagrams of the unit control system are presented.
