P物质免疫反应阳性神经纤维在雌性大鼠生殖器官的分布
DISTRIBUTION OF IMMUNOREACTIVITY TO SUBSTANCE P WITHIN NERVE FIBERS SUPPLYING RAT FEMALE GENITAL ORGANS
【摘要】 目的和方法:实验采用亲和免疫组化SABC法对雌性大鼠动情间期P物质的正常分布进行了观察.结果:P物质免疫反应阳性纤维在子宫角与阴道分布最为丰富,宫颈和宫体分布中等,卵巢内免疫阳性神经纤维较少,且免疫阳性神经纤维在子宫角有从卵巢端向阴道端递减的趋势,在各管状生殖道,免疫阳性神经纤维以内膜和外膜分布较多.结论:分析研究雌性大鼠生殖器官内P物质免疫反应阳性神经纤维的分布,提示P物质可能与卵泡发育、性激素的产生、血管及非血管平滑肌的运动调节有关.
【Abstract】 Using immunohistochemistry SABC technique, the location, distribution and density of nerve fibers immunoreactive to substance P(SP) were studied in the genital organs of the female Wistar rats during diestrus. The results showed that the nerve fibers were abundant in the uter-ine horn and vagina, but relative less in the uterine cervix and the uterine body, and the most sparse in the ovary. In tubular genital organs, SP-immunoreactive fibers were abundant in the mucosal layer and adventitia. It is suggested that these nerves might participate in folliculo-genesis, steroidogenesis, sensory, the regulation of uterine vascular tone, and the relaxation and constriction of nonvascular smooth muscles.
