迷走神经切断术对小肠淋巴系的影响

【摘要】 选用30只家免,分为实验组和对照组,实验组分为三组.行迷走神经切断术,分别于术前和术后1周、2周、1周观察肠系膜淋巴管流体动力学和小肠壁内淋巳管形态学变化,结果:术后肠系膜淋巴管内压力即到显著升高.并逐渐恢复,术后1~2周小肠粘膜有炎症.上皮破坏,各层淋巴管均扩张.尤其中央乳糜管扩张明显,术后4周其形态基本修复:表明迷走神经损伤近期对小肠淋巴系统形态及功能有较明巴的影响、提示迷走神经对小肠淋巴系统的功能活动有重要的调节作用.

【Abstract】 The effect of the truncal vagotomy on the hydrokinetics of the mesenteric lymphatic vessels and the morphology of the small intestine wall were observed in 30 rabbits. They were devided into experimental groups and control group. The experimental groups were observed at the 1st. 2nd and 4th week after vagotomy respectively. The results were as follows: The average pressure in the mesenteric lymphatic rose obviously to a high level immediately after the excision of the vagus and then recovered slowly. Inflammatory infiltration in the mucosa occurred at the 1st and 2nd week, the lamina epithelium was disrupted, and the lymphatics in each layer, especially the central lacteal, were dilated. The structure of the small intestine restored to normal at the 4th week. The results suggest the vaguses can modulate the action of the lymphatic system effectively in the small intestine.
