【Abstract】 Objective:To provide a new method of treating the nonunions of middle, lower part and bony defects of the femora. Methods: The nonunions and bony defects were repaired with the bone flap grafting with the arteria genus descendens as pedicle on the condylus medialis femoris. Results: This method was applied to 11 cases. The results were satisfactory.Conclusion:The bone flap grafting has the advantages of easy procedure, safety and reliablility.更多还原
