【摘要】 将ＣＢ—ＨＲＰ（辣根过氧化物酶）溶液注入于健康产蛋期母鸡的圆核内，来研究鸡圆核的传入、传出神经纤维的联系，探讨鸡圆核在视觉传导中的作用。结果表明，鸡圆核主要接受视顶盖后背侧中央灰质层的纤维投射。丘脑背外侧核、顶盖前核和丘上网核也有投射到圆核的纤维束。由此看出，圆核是鸡视觉冲动的主要中继站，顶盖—圆核—外纹状体是鸡视觉信息传到大脑的主要通路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The CB-HRP was injected into the nuclei of the healthy laying hens for studying the afferent and efferent nerve fiber of chicken′s nuclei rotundus, in visual conduction. The results showed that chicken′s nuclei rotundus mainly accepted the nerve fiber of the posterodorsal central gray of the visual tectum. Some nerve fibers of nuclei dorsolateralis thalami and nuclei reicularis thalami, and tecyorial nuclei anterior also distribute to the nuclei rotundus. Chicken′s nuclens rotundus is a major rely station in visual impulse. Tectum, nucleus rotundus and striate body lateralis were the major passage way of the visual message to cerebrum in chicken.更多还原
