【摘要】 采用Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ３种方法限制Ｙ精子活力，探讨其对犊牛性别的影响。Ａ方法向２３０头母牛子宫颈内注入５％Ｌ型精氨酸；Ｂ方法对１６０头母牛分为排卵前８～１０ｈ输精和接近排卵输精；Ｃ方法将前２种方法合并处理。３种方法产母率分别为６３８％、６５７％和６６７％，分别比对照组的４８８％提高１５０％、１３９９％、１７９％，差异均为极显著（Ｐ＜００１）。更多还原

【Abstract】 Vigour of spermatozoon were limited by three methods for study effection sex ratio in dairy. A, 230 females were injected 1mL of 5% arginine in female uterine cervix; B, 160 females were divided two grous, 8～10 hours spermatic before ovulate and near ovulate; C, A and B were combinedHefer ratio of three methods were 63.8%, 65.79% and 66.7%, respectively.
