等温淬火奥贝球铁在块-环法磨损条件下的抗磨性

【摘要】 用块-环法研究了奥贝球铁和下贝球铁的磨损性能。根据试验结果讨论了奥贝球铁和下贝球铁在不同磨损速度和载荷条件下的磨损变化情况,得出了一个与传统不同的结论:虽然下贝球铁具有较高的硬度,但奥贝球铁比下贝球铁的抗磨性好。

【Abstract】 The wear performance of a ductile iron heat treated to matrices of austenitic bainite and lower bainite were tested by the blockonring method. The wear rates obtained under different loads and different speeds were discussed. The conclusion is different from the conventional concept, i.e., the wear resistance of the austeniticbainitic ductile iron is better than that of the lowerbainitic ductile iron, although the latter has a higher hardness.
