钯-柠檬黄-表面活性剂体系分光光度法测定钯
Spectrophotometric Determination of Palladium with the Palladium Tartrazine Surfasctant System
【摘要】 在pH3.5的HCl-NaAc缓冲溶液中,钯与柠檬黄形成1∶2的配合物.在溴代十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)存在下,配合物的最大吸收波长为531nm,ε为1.9×104L/(mol·cm).采用1cm和3cm吸收池测定时,钯含量分别在0~1μg/mL和0~0.6μg/mL范围内服从比尔定律.方法检测限为0.068mg/L,重现性好,选择性高,适于合成矿样及钯催化剂中钯的测定
【Abstract】 The present paper covers an accurate and selective method for the determination of micro amounts of palladium with tartrazine and CTMAB in a medium of HCl NaAc of pH 3.5 . The complex of palladium with tartrazine has a maximum absorption at 531 nm in the presence of CTMAB. The molar ratio for Pd∶tartrazine is 1∶2. Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0 ̄1 μg/mL and 0 ̄0 6 μg/mL for 1 cm and 3 cm cells, respectively. The method has been applied to the determination of palladiumin in synthetic sample and palladium catalysts with satisfactory results.
