【Abstract】 A new and practical computer controlled athletic training system is reported. In this system, the computer manages the training plans, and the signals are transmitted by encode methods. The present paper describes, in detail, the construction, working principles and the necessary software of the system, then provides the strengthen training examples of athletes.
