【摘要】 提出了计算同步辐射软Ｘ光空间相干性的方法。根据合肥国家同步辐射光源软Ｘ光实验站的具体数据，通过数值计算得到了不同针孔半径、不同工作波长时的相干范围，并得到了估计相干范围直径的近似公式。所得结果为软Ｘ光实验和单色仪的改造提供了具体的数值依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The method to calculate the spatial coherhence of synchrotron radiation soft X ray has been put forward. The spatial coherence has been calculated numericaly according to the data from a NSRL soft X ray zone plate pinhole monochrometor at three working wavelengths. In addition, a formula to calculate the diameter of the coherent area has been concluded. This should be helpful to the soft X ray experiments and the refinement of the monochrometor at NSRL.更多还原
