【摘要】 目的研究老年人多器官衰竭（MOFE）与慢性疾病的关系。方法分析了185例老年人多器官衰竭患者首发衰竭器官、多发衰竭器官、衰竭器官数目及病死率与原患慢性疾病的关系。结果提示老年人原患的慢性疾病及疾病数与首发衰竭器官、多发衰竭器官、衰竭器官数目及病死率等都密切相关。结论老年人多器官衰竭的治疗因以预防为主，要高度重视对原患慢性疾病的处理，以降低MOFE的发病率和死亡率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To study of relationship between primary chronic diseases and multiple organ failure in elderly.Methods Analysis of the relation between the first failure organ, number of failure organs, morbidity, mortality and chronic diseases in 185 elderly patients with multiple organ failure (MOFE). Results These is significant connection between primary chronic diseases and the first fai1ure organ, number of failllre organs, morbidity, mortality in MOFE. Conclusion The management should be prevention first. Great attention should be paid to treat the primary chronic diseases, in order to reduce mobidity and mortality in MOFE.更多还原
