【摘要】 目的 上斜肌矢状移位治疗眼性斜颈。方法 上直肌颞下方剪开球结膜10mm,暴露上直肌在其止点后5—10mm处分离上斜肌反转腱将上斜肌劈开1/2沿斜肌走行向颞侧移位6mm,前移4mm固定于巩膜上,球结膜连续缝合。结果 术后第一眼位正,代偿头位消失。结论 上斜肌矢状移位术使上斜肌的反转腱由51度夹角变成90度夹角,产生单纯的内旋作用,有效的矫正了斜颈。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The sagittal transposition of musculus obliquus superior oculi is performed for the treatment of an ocular torticollis. Methods Cut the bulbar conjunctiva at 10mm below the temporal side of the rectus superior oculi, expose this muscle and clean the reverse teudon of the m. obliquus superior to 5-10mm from the end of the rectus superior, split the tendon into two equal part, along its direction transpose one part of that to the point 6mm temporally and 4mm forward > fix it to the sclera. Then with a continuous suture close the conjunctive. Results 1. the eyeball site is normal; 2. the compensational torticollis disappears. Conclusion The sagittal transposition of the neverse tendon of m. obliquus superior with an angle 51° changed to 90° can produce the simple medial rotation. With this method we can correct the defects of torticollis effectively.更多还原
