【Abstract】 This article has pointed out the bewildering bottlenecks in the practical application of MDS. And it makes full use of multivariate stratistical analysis and multiobjective-decision technology in order to improve the algorithm and the applied steps of MDS. lt can be applied to the research 0f developing strategy for ex-port trade.
