【摘要】 为探讨输精管结扎术后睾丸IL-1活性的变化以及与睾丸形态学改变的关系,在复制输精管结扎家兔动物模型的基础上,检测结扎后6、25月家兔睾丸匀浆上清中IL-1活性和TNF含量,同时观察睾丸组织形态学改变。结果:①睾丸组织匀浆上清中IL-1活性和TNF含量,结扎6月组(VG6)显著高于假手术6月组(SOG6)(P<0.01,P<0.05),结扎25月组(VG25)与假手术25月组(SOG25)在同一水平(P>0.05);②睾丸形态学观察发现,VG6有明显生精障碍,间质中可见炎症细胞浸润,VG25可见生精过程恢复的曲细精管及呈灶状分布萎缩的曲细精管,后者被结缔组织包绕。故推测输精管结扎术后睾丸组织IL-1活性和TNF水平的变化与睾丸的炎性变化过程有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 model, which were vasectomized for 6 and 25 months and then analysed the relationships between the IL - 1 activities and histological changes of testis. The results showed: (1) The activities of IL - 1 and TNF contents in testicular ho-mogenated supernatant increased significantly in rabbits vasectomized for 6 months( P < 0.01, P < 0.05 respectively); (2) The histological changes of the testis showed the obvious disturbance of testicular spermatogenesis and the infiltration of lymphocytes and macrophages in interstitial tissue in the rabbits vasectomized for 6 months. But speimatogenesis recovered in most seminiferous tubules surrounded by fibrous tissues in the rabbits vasectomied for 25 months.In conclusion,the results demostrated that the changes of IL - 1 activities and contents of TNF were related with the testicular inflammatory process after vasectomy.Abstract:In this study,we observed the activities of IL - 1 and the contents of TNF in testicular homogenated supernatant and the histology of testis basing on animal更多还原
