【摘要】 为减轻药物流产后出血,采用产乐冲剂(由桃仁、红花、当归、蒲黄、乌梅等清热化瘀药组成)。临床观察孕妇药物流产后阴道出血天数及清宫情况。观察对象随机分治疗组(产乐冲剂组)及对照组各100例。结果,阴道持续出血平均时间,治疗组为8.4天,对照组为13.3天,经统计学处理两组有显著差异(P<0.01);完全流产率治疗组为95例(95％),对照组为88例(88％),虽然两组完全流产率差异无显著意义(P>0.05),但从绝对数值上看,治疗组完全流产率较高。动物实验结果表明:产乐冲剂能增强子宫收缩活动,具有明显止血及抗菌消炎作用,为临床应用提供了理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 ChanLe dissolvable granule preparation is compounded of Prumus Persica Batsch, Carthamus Tincto-rius, Angelica Sinensis Diels, Typha Angustata Bory et Chaub, Prunus Mume Sieb et Zucc etc which could clear heat and remove blood stasis. To know the effect of ChanLe dissolvable granule preparation on reducing bleeding after abortion, we observed the bleeding days in vagina after abortion by drug and complete abortion rate. 100 cases were selected randomly from the treatment group and the control group respectively. The results showed that the mean bleeding days in the treatment group was 8.4, While 13. 3 in the control group (P<0.01). Although the mean complete abortion rate was not different distinctly between the two groups, the absolute level was higher in the treatment group. The results of animal experiments appeared that ChanLe dissolvable granule preparation could increase the contraction of uterus, stop bleeding, resist bacteria and diminish inflammation. Furthermore, it provided the theoretical basis for the clinic.更多还原
