G级油井水泥石动态溶蚀性试验研究
An Experimental Study of the Corrodibility G grade Oilwell Cement Plug Under Dynamic Conditions
【摘要】 采用化学溶蚀方法解除水泥塞,要比用钻头钻开的机械方法安全得多。在动态条件下,对盐酸和盐酸氢氟酸以及几种络合剂复配的水泥石溶蚀液进行了G级油井水泥石的溶蚀试验性研究。试验结果表明:溶蚀液配方以HCl+HF和HCl+HF+E为好;并且适当提高温度,有利于加快水泥石的溶蚀;动态条件下的溶蚀速度大大高于静态条件下的溶蚀速度;溶蚀液的水力冲刷作用和刮削作用下的溶蚀速度较高。在进行现场施工时,如果将这两种作用配合使用,将会得到满意的效果
【Abstract】 Using a dissolution liquid compounded by hydrochloric acid or hydrochloric,hydrofluoric acid and other complexes,an experimental study is carried out of corrodibility on G grade oilwell cement plug The result shows that formulae of HCl+HF and HCl+HF+E have a better performance; properly raising the temperature can speed up the cement corroding Additionally, the dynamic corroding speed is significantly higher than the static Under hydraulic impacting and scraping action, the speed of the corrosion is fairly high In field operation, if the above two functions are used together,a satisfied result will be obtained
