矿用绞车电控系统的变系数 PI 运算方法
A Variable Modulus PI Algorithm in Mine Winch Control System
【摘要】 介绍了矿用交流调压调速绞车电控系统中以8098单片机为核心的数字控制器.绞车给定转速分为6档,当其下放重物时1~5档采取动力制动方式运行.现场调试发现:不仅在绞车提升和下放时需对PI系数取值不同,而且在其下放过程中的各档位下也需对PI算法的KP、KI设置成不同系数值,即利用变系数PI运算方法才能实现各档位下的平稳运行.
【Abstract】 Based on the control system of the variable voltage_variable speed winch, the digital controller of 8098 single-chip computer is introduced. The speed of the winch has been devided into six grades. It is considered that a dynamic brake operation should be taken from one to five grades when the winch laying down heavy loads. It is found that not only the PI modulus should adopt different values when the winch is lifting and laying down heavy loads, but also theK P 、 K I of PI algorithm should be set different values when the winch runs at every grade. It means that the winch can run steadily in every grade by the variable modulus PI algorithm.
