【Abstract】 This　paper　described　the　novel　collimation　technique　of　semiconductor　laser　with　autofocus　optical　fiber.The　structure　is　simple　and　easy　to　adjust.The　experimental　research　shows　that　larger　divergent　angle　of　semiconductor　laser　is　turned　to　0.01°　level.So,autofocus　optical　fiber　for　collimation　of　semiconductor　laser　is　suitable　to　apply　in　the　field　of　precision　measurement.更多还原
