神经生长因子对糖尿病大鼠背根神经节坐骨神经P物质变化的影响

【摘要】 采用免疫组织化学染色结合电子计算机图像分析,观察了糖尿病大鼠背根神经节、坐骨神经P物质(SP)的变化及使用神经生长因子(NGF)对其的影响。结果显示:糖尿病成模后3个月,背根神经节SP的平均灰度值,糖尿病(DM)组明显低于正常对照(NC)组,NGF组[NGF200μg/(kg·d)肌肉注射30天]则明显高于NC组(P<0.001)。坐骨神经SP改变与背根神经节相似。提示NGF可促进感觉神经SP的表达,对糖尿病周围神经病变有一定的治疗作用。

【Abstract】 The changes in substance P (SP) in the dorsal root ganglia (DRG) and sciatic nerves of diabetic rats were measured by the technique of immunohistochemistry combined with computerized image analysis system. Also, the effect of nerve growth factor(NGF) on SP was observed in this study. The results showed that after inducing the diabetes for three month, the mean gray level (MGL) of the positive reaction of SP in the DRG and sciatic nerve were much lower in the DM group than in the NC group, but they were higher in the NGF group[administed NGF with 200μg/(kg·d) i.m.×30d] were higher than in NC group ( P <0.001). The results indicate that the NGF can promote the expression of the SP in sensory nerve, and it may have the beneficial effect on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
