泵控多缸液压同步系统的研究及模拟试验
Investigation into pump-controlled multicylinder hydraulic synchronizing system and simulation test
【摘要】 本文对多缸液压同步系统建立数学模型,进行动态分析,并提出了同步系统模拟试验和计算机在线检测的新方法。目前,该成果已成功地用于多条大型自动生产线设备上,实践表明高效实用、经济效益显著。
【Abstract】 This paper establishes the mathematical model of multicylinder hydraulic synchronizing system and carries out dynamic analysis,and puts forward the simulation test of the synchronizing system and a new method of computer On_line detection.The result has successfully used in equipments of automatic production line,and the practice indicates that it is highly effective in use and notable in economic benefit.
