碳钢表面激光熔覆SiC_P/Ni基合金复合涂层中SiC_P的行为
Transformation Behavior of SiCP in Laser Surface Cladded SiCP/Ni Composite Coatings on Carbon Steel
【摘要】 用电子探针及X射线衍射仪等研究了碳钢表面激光熔覆SiCP/Ni基合金复合涂层中SiCP的行为。结果表明,激光辐照使SiCP发生烧损及溶解现象,并首次观察到了熔覆层中形成的石墨相。硅化物及少量碳化物的析出使熔覆层的硬度明显提高。
【Abstract】 The research on transformation behavior of SiCP in laser surface cladded SiCP/Ni composite coatings on carbon steel has been conducted using EPMA and XRD methods. The results show that the SiCP particles were corroded and dissolved and that the spheric graphite formed. The dispersive precipitates of silicides and carbides make the hardness of laser cladded coatings increased.
