【摘要】 为了解扩张型心肌病的Q－T离散度，测量69例扩张型心肌病12导联心电图并与正常组作对照。结果显示：扩张型心肌病组的Q－Td和Q－Tcd与对照组差异均有非常显著意义（76±29对32±14，92±38对36±16，P均＜0.01）。认为Q－Td和Q—Tcd明显延长反映扩张型心肌病患者心电不稳定性。有助于预测心脏事件的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the Q -T dispersion in patients with DCM, Q -Td and Q -Tcd were measuted on 12 -lead ECGs in 69 DCM cases, compared with normat control subjects. the results showed that they were significantly hisher in the DCM patients than that in the control (76±29vs32±14, 92±38vs36±16, P<0. 01). It is considered that the prolongation of Q-Td and Q-Tcd, which reflects electric unstability in patients with DCM, may be helpful in predicting cardinc events.更多还原
