应用微波辐射技术及天青·伊红·瑞氏改良法显示病变组织切片中的巨噬细胞的研究
Use of Redish·Black·Eosin·Wright’s Improving Method and Microwave Radiation Technique in Microphage Displaying
【摘要】 用天青·伊红·瑞氏改良法进行特殊染色.并经微波辐射(MWI)显示病变组织中的巨噬细胞.此法比原法缩短了着色时间480~720倍,并且染色效果理想,易于现察,便于进行定性和定量。这不仅对于组织炎症的分期;区别良恶性肿瘤起着较重要的辅助作用.更重要的是对恶性肿瘤的放化疗、免疫治疗和药物治疗的科学研究提供了省时、简便的方法,具有临床实用价值。
【Abstract】 In this paper. We report displaying of microphages in pathological tissue, which was dyed with KedishBlack Eosin Wright’s driproving method and then radtated by microwave. The methods could shorten the dying time, The time was about one-480th to one-720th of that with routine dying method in our expertrients Effect of the special dying method was ideal. and the tissue dyed with it was easy to obserre. It was dso convenient to make qualitative and quantitative analyses to the macrophages’ All above reported results. Supply some useful peaces for Clinic work
